You do not have to be an accountant or a tax genius to use this software. I love it and have been using it for years. And, because I have been using it for years, I don't have to enter my information over again from year to year, because it pulls ALL of the previous year's information over for you - plus, if you've entered a number in any of the categories in the past couple of years and do not enter it THIS year, it will point that out to you - so it will catch a possible mistake for you.

I especially love the feature at the end of the process that runs through and catches mistakes and "possible audit" points for you. Completely error/idiot proof!!

Seriously, if you keep all of your receipts, you can use this software - PLUS you can claim it as a deduction!!

A couple more notes;
1. So far 2011 seems to load a lot faster then 2010 did at this time a year ago. But it does not 'instantly load' and once loaded you still then have to open your tax file.
2. Updates also seem to download and get installed more quickly so far.
3. The installation was reasonably quick and quite smooth).
4. The current methods of printing work well, especially when one uses 'previews' and gets the printable forms in PDF to preview and then print.
